From July 15 to August 21, 2016, an exhibition “Boris Messerer. Painting, graphics, installation” is held in the the Historical Building of the Radishchev Museum in Saratov. This exhibition is a joint project of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, the Saratov State Museum. Radishchev and the Seven Winds Charitable Foundation.
Boris Messerer (b. March 15, 1933) is full member of the Russian Academy of Arts, People’s Artist of the Russian Federation, Winner of two State Prizes of the Russian Federation (1995, 2002). Member of the USSR Union of Artists in 1960, Union of Theatre Workers of the Russian Federation and Union of Cinematographers of the Russian Federation.
