About this exhibit
The exhibition of plein-air works by the participants of the Russian Nile art project — Moscow artists Mikhail Tikhonov, Elena Utenkova-Tikhonova, Olga Pluzhnikova-Orlova, Igor Kamyanov and Nadezhda Krestinina in the Kamyshin business center.
The exposition presents paintings and graphics created in the summer of 2012 in Kamyshin, on the banks of the Volga River and in the immediate vicinity. The artworks presented at the exhibition and the plein airs in Kamyshin are part of a large project that includes several Volga cities located in the upper, middle and lower reaches of the great Russian river. The “Kamyshin stage” of the project is supported by the Seven Winds Charitable Art Foundation and its founder, Nikolai Malygin.
The exhibition is open until August 15, entry free.
