The poet’s Memorial Day was held at the All-Russian Pushkin Museum. According to the established tradition, on this day a lot of people came to the poets apartment on Moika 12. During the celebrations, the president of the Seven Winds Charitable Art Foundation, Nikolai Malygin, presented the Museum with an Valentin Justitsky’s artwork from the Pushkin Suite series. Justitsky, a member of the group of artists “Thirteen”, created this series shortly before his arrest in 1937.
On February 13, the exhibition of Valentin Justitsky “Pushkin Suite”, which became part of the project “Pushkiniana of artists of the group Thirteen” at the museum-estate of G. R. Derzhavin in St. Petersburg, was closed.
