About this edition

The Inner Sea of Petr Zverkhovsky is an catalog of an immersive (and a little catacomb) exhibition, that was implemented by the Seven Winds Foundation in collaboration with the Volgograd Mashkov Museum of Fine Arts in September 2022. In this project, we presented to the audience the emergence and development of ancient subjects in the works of the famous Volgograd artist Petr Efimovich Zverkhovsky (1942-2020), and also offered a lot of new interpretations of historical and mythological spots in his works of the late XX – early XXI centuries.

Most of the works are published for the first time.

The electronic version of the album (PDF) is available for free download, we hope to present the paper version to the public early next year.
